Not everyone has an hour for the gym. This wearable EMS trainer uses electrical muscle stimulation to
contract targeted muscle groups through the skin — so you can add stimulation sessions to a workday,
a commute, or an evening on the couch. It’s designed to supplement training you’re already doing, not to
replace it.
Three Units, Three Targets
The set includes three independent controllers: one abdominal pad and two arm pads. Each runs on its own
mode and intensity setting, so you can work your core at one level while your arms run something lighter
— or use just one unit on your waist or thigh and leave the rest in the drawer.
Six Modes, Adjustable Intensity
Six stimulation patterns give you a range from gentle, rhythmic low-frequency pulses to firmer
contractions. Start low and work up as you get used to the sensation. Operation is a single button per
unit — press to start, press again to step through settings. There’s no app to install and nothing
to pair.
Thin Enough to Hide
At just 2cm thick and 210g, the pads sit flush against the body and disappear under a sweater or shirt.
That’s the point of the design: a session doesn’t require changing clothes or finding a private room. Office,
bedroom, kitchen — wherever you happen to be.
Gel Pads Built for Comfort
The contact pads use a premium gel with roughly 30% higher conductivity than standard pads, backed with
soft PU material. The gel is odorless and designed for direct skin contact, so longer sessions stay
comfortable rather than itchy.
