AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS

These Terms of Service govern your use of buyornot.net and any purchase made through it. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy form part of these terms.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

You confirm that the information you provide when ordering is accurate and complete, and that you are authorised to use the payment method you supply.

PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS

We work to describe our products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, specifications, dimensions, or other content are error free or complete.

Product photographs are for illustration. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen, and packaging or minor details may vary between production batches.

Products are supplied for ordinary consumer use. It is your responsibility to confirm that an item is suitable for your intended purpose before ordering.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping, which is calculated at checkout, and any import duties or taxes.

Prices and availability may change without notice. Products may become unavailable after an order is placed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Where an item has been listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund, whether or not payment has been taken.

ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Your order is an offer to purchase. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of that offer; it does not constitute acceptance.

The contract is formed only when we dispatch the item. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable, where we suspect fraud or abuse, or where delivery to your location is not possible. Where we cancel, we refund in full.

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

PAYMENT

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees. These are not charged by us and are not refundable by us.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery windows shown at checkout are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for delays outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. All returns require prior approval.

IMPORT DUTIES AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Orders shipped internationally may attract import duties, taxes, and handling fees in the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

You are responsible for ensuring that the items you order may lawfully be imported into your country and used there. We are not liable for goods seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs authorities.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content on this site, including text, layout, graphics, and product descriptions we have written, is our property or used under licence, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, republish, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

ACCEPTABLE USE
