BuyOrNot (buyornot.net, the “Site”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is processed when you use the Site and how it is used.
1. Information we collect
The Site has no sign-up, login or input forms, and it does not ask for or collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address or phone number. However, the following information may be processed automatically when you use the Site:
- Access logs: IP address, browser and operating system type, date and time of access, pages visited and referring page
- Usage information collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy)
- Your email address and message if you contact us by email
2. How we use information
- To operate the Site, find errors and improve the service

3. Visitor counter
The Site uses its own counter to show today’s and total visitor numbers. To count each visitor only once per day, it keeps only an irreversible value (hash) made from your IP address and browser information mixed with a secret value, for that day (UTC), and deletes it when the date changes. Your IP address itself is not stored; only the visitor count remains.
4. Third-party services
The Site uses the following third-party services. Each service processes information under its own privacy policy.
- Google Analytics: used for visit statistics. Google may collect information about your use of the Site through cookies. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Google AdSense: used to display advertising (see section 5).
- Binance: price and chart data are loaded by your browser directly from the Binance public API. In this process Binance receives connection information such as your IP address, which it handles under its own policies.
- Cloudflare: the symbol list and analysis results are delivered through the Cloudflare network. Cloudflare may process connection information for delivery and security.
- Web hosting provider: the server that serves the Site’s files may keep standard access logs for operation and security.

5. Advertising
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of a third-party vendor’s use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.
6. Retention and deletion
We do not keep information that identifies visitors. Hash values used for the visitor counter are deleted after their day ends. Email inquiries are kept only as long as needed to reply and keep a record, and then deleted. Information processed by third-party services is kept according to their own policies.
7. Your rights and choices
- You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. The main features of the Site still work if you refuse cookies.
- You can opt out of personalized ads as described in section 5.
- Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU GDPR), you may have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of, or restriction of processing of your information. Please send requests about information we hold to the email below.
8. Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age set by the law of your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may change due to changes in law or in the service. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
