These terms set out the conditions for using the service provided by BuyOrNot (buyornot.net, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

The Site provides, free of charge, a list of Binance USDⓈ-M futures symbols that pass its own liquidity criteria, real-time prices, and RSI divergence and estimated liquidation map charts. No sign-up is required.

2. Information only

All content on the Site is for information only and is not investment advice. See our Disclaimer for details.

3. Changes and interruption

The operator may change the content, listed symbols, selection criteria or features of the service, or suspend all or part of it, without prior notice.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Sending excessive requests to the Site or its result server with automated programs, or collecting data in bulk
• Analyzing or reverse-engineering the Site’s calculations or servers without permission, or accessing them by bypassing normal routes
• Interfering with the operation of the service or compromising its security
• Copying or selling the Site’s content without attribution
• Violating applicable laws

If such conduct is found, the operator may restrict access.

5. Intellectual property

Rights to the Site’s design, text, images, chart layout and calculated results belong to the operator. Rights to market data belong to the respective data providers.

6. Ads and external links

The Site may display ads. The operator is not involved in, and is not responsible for, any dealings between you and third-party sites reached through ads or external links.

7. Regional restrictions and your responsibility

You must use the Site in accordance with the laws and regulations where you live. Some features do not work in regions where Binance data is unavailable.

8. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. The operator does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of the service.

9. Privacy

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. However, where consumer protection laws of your country of residence are more favorable to you, those laws apply.
